The senior management teams of both Utilisoft and Utiliserve represent several decades of combined industry experience, with many having been with the business since its establishment in the late 1980s.

Managing Director
Matthew is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company, in addition to leading sales campaigns and account management strategies. Having been with Utiligroup since May 2000, his previous experience includes a period occupying various senior sales and marketing positions for Fujitsu Services. He also holds a BSc Hons degree in Business Operation and Control from the University of Salford.

Operations Director
Andrew is Utiligroup’s Operations Director, with overall responsibility for solution delivery and the development, testing, project management and IT areas of the business. Andrew joined Utilisoft in August 2001 in the role of Technical Manager and was subsequently promoted to his current role in August 2010. After graduating from Loughborough University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Computing and Management, Andrew worked for Fujitsu Services.

Director of Retail Energy Solutions
Andrew has been with Utilisoft since 1999, having previously worked for Northern Electric, with responsibility for creating MRASCO test routes and a system to export MPAN advances for customer use.
In his current role, he heads up the Utilisoft technical development team and is heavily involved with clients from initial contact through to service delivery. -
Development Director
Nick boasts a first class honours degree in Computer Information Systems from Liverpool University, plus considerable previous experience in the development of trading, settlements and analysis software applications.
As Development Director, he leads the technical development team in several areas, including requirements gathering and solution development. -
Lead Business Consultant
Having previously worked in the industry for Vertex, Vinesh joined Utilisoft in a testing role during 2002, rising to his current position of lead business consultant.
A keen business analyst, he also handles the management of testing activities, critical customer support and co-ordination of work planning with other business systems team managers. -
Financial Controller
Financial controller and company secretary Nick is a CIMA qualified accountant with more than 30 years of finance and administration experience.
Having been with Utiligroup in December1997, he is responsible for all group wide financial operations and reporting. -
Marketing Manager
Simon has been with the company since November 2004, having been appointed Utilisoft’s marketing manager in July 2008.
He holds a BSc in Business Management for the University of Bradford and a CIM post professional diploma. Simon’s responsibilities include all internal and external marketing communications, PR, events and website management for the entire Bglobal PLC group. -
Operations Manager
Paddy is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Utiliserve. He’s spent over 25 years with Norweb and held various other management positions with financial and customer service responsibilities, before spending over a decade with leading technology and business services provider, Vertex Data Sciences Limited. He boasts particular experience in numerous areas of the utilities sector, including service delivery, business change and much more.
