AFMS

AFMS Avant is a web-browser based application which has been designed to automate many of the key processes inherent in the UK utilities retail market, including customer registration and loss, metering information flows, change of tenancy and change of agent. The browser based interface presents information to Users in an intuitive and familiar way.

Product Detail

It has been developed to assist with the management of dataflows sent and received during the registration process by both gas and electricity suppliers within the gas and electricity retail markets, for both Non-Half Hourly and Half Hourly supply points.

Through the AFMS Avant interface, the User can monitor the progress of customer registration, including the receipt and issue of dataflows and storage of specific dataflow data as well as the identification and resolution of any exceptions that may occur.

Since the implementation of AFMS we have seen a vast improvement in our dataflow and registration processing, the dataflows are processed quickly and efficiently with a minimum amount of user intervention required. All exceptions are covered either in error logs or exception dataflows which are easily accessible for the user to investigate.
