BETTAFlow Controller
BETTAFlow Controller provides a complete electronic set of all of the BETTA market dataflows, presenting the data received in a user friendly manner, along with a template for the entry of flows, complete with validation of field content and group structures. On flow creation, data can be keyed or populated from other sources e.g. its own internal tables, or from external databases / spreadsheets, using the product’s integration capabilities.
Approximately 50% of BETTA participants currently use Utilisoft’s BETTAFlow Gatekeeper and Controller combination to comply with the market rules and manage the associated data. At these sites, Utilisoft integrates with a number of back-office applications and supports a diverse range of approaches to complete the trading process.
Utilisoft’s trading customers often use their existing trading and risk management systems to create trades by passing the output to Utilisoft’s software modules which create the actual notifications and manage all communications.
Product Detail
BETTAFlow Controller polls an internal directory for incoming dataflows, and deposits outgoing dataflows (such as acknowledgements) in a second directory. It does not manage the communications process to Elexon, so this must either be completed manually, or by an automated product such as Utilisoft’s GateKeeper solution.
