ETSETTRAPlus is a new development from Utilisoft which allows energy companies to validate and compare industry dataflows in order to confirm that credited energy volumes and MPAN counts are correct.

Product Detail

ETSETTRAPlus is a suite of nine reports accessed via a web based browser interface. The reports provide a top down approach to identifying incorrect Settlement charges at their earliest point by highlighting discrepancies between various different dataflows.

Key Features

• Allows suppliers to query customer consumption and bills;
• Highlights errors made by traders – and allows suppliers to take the appropriate action to ensure future errors are avoided;
• Allows suppliers to more accurately identify sites where consumption levels are not following the forecasts for expected traded volumes;
• Reduces overall exposure to settlement imbalance and the associated costs and issues;
• Gives suppliers the information with which to re-contract with customers for future consumption, or recover outstanding debts from customers from past consumption.
