Summary

The role will be within our Managed Service Department, specifically developed for providing customers with the support they need to become Energy Suppliers. Your role as an Apprentice Data Coordinator will be to work with the Utiliserve Operations team to develop relations with the customers and provide excellent customer service on an array of their industry regulatory data requirements.

About You

You will be a very personable individual, who has experience of working within a customer focused environment and has an appetite to learn more about the energy supply industry.

Grade 4-9 in English & Maths (A-C)

Alongside your job role, you will be completing a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard

The apprenticeship will be completed from a mix of work based assessments and face to face sessions. You must attend college in Preston once a week.
