Clients include a host of well-known energy providers, both UK and overseas-based.

Utiligroup require an experienced reporting analyst to create and manage the management information portfolio,  performing a key role in the development, production and  maintenance of the reporting suite which includes both operational and service level reporting which is shared internally at all levels and externally with our clients, who are suppliers in the UK energy market. You will report into Senior Service Reporting Analyst.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience of:

  • Creating, delivering and supporting the production of numerous high quality reports
  • Providing a professional service whilst responding to priorities set and the day to day demand
  • Confidence in speaking to customers and ability to defuse difficult situations and provide a positive resolutions
  • Following best practice for information management and delivery ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Experience within the utilities sector would be advantageous

Essential Requirements:

  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel & Access
  • Extensive experience using MS SQL Server and VBA
  • Ability to write and understand complex SQL queries
  • Ability to write and understand complex VBA queries and code
  • Able to understand and translate business requirements into efficient processes with meaningful outputs
